Instructions for Oral Presentations
The timeslot for each oral presentation is 20 min including discussion and the time it takes to switch speaker. Please keep your talk short enough (ideally 15-16 minutes) to allow sufficient time for questions.
Please bring your presentation on a USB stick and copy it to the computer in the session room at least 20 minutes before the session starts. Both PowerPoint (either in 16:9 or 4:3 format) and PDF format are supported. You are not allowed to use your own laptop for the presentation.
Instructions for the Poster Session
Wednesday, June 25, in the corridor next to Room B
The poster boards are large enough to hold posters in size A0 in portrait orientation (width x height = 841 mm x 1189 mm = 33.1 in x 46.8 in). All posters must be on display when the poster session begins at 11:30. Please use the coffee break before the session to put up your poster. Suitable material for attaching the poster to the board will be provided.
It is important that you are attending the whole poster session at 11:30–13:00 to explain your poster and answer questions. Unattended posters are counted as no-shows. You can take down your poster after the end of the poster session or later in the evening.
Note that the conference organizers are not able to provide any poster printing facilities.
